We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can build web applications, APIs, integrations, and AI features that help business teams get real work done.

What you will work on
- Build Laravel/PHP, Node.js, and React applications for client projects and internal products.
- Connect APIs, databases, CRMs, support systems, email, calendars, and other business tools.
- Help build AI assistants, agents, MCP integrations, and workflows that can search knowledge, use tools, and trigger controlled actions.
- Use AI tools in development while still applying engineering judgment, testing, and ownership of the final code.
- Work with Git, code review, branches, and Git worktrees when multiple development streams need to stay isolated.
What we expect
- Solid understanding of full-stack development: frontend, backend, APIs, authentication, permissions, and data handling.
- Experience with Laravel/PHP, Node.js or TypeScript, React, and modern web applications.
- Comfort with relational databases, migrations, indexes, data modeling, and basic performance work.
- Confident use of Git, branches, pull requests, and clear commits.
- Pragmatic use of AI development tools such as Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools in daily work.
Especially valuable
- Understanding of AI concepts such as agents, assistants, MCP, RAG, vector search, function calling, and tool integrations.
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, or similar APIs.
- Understanding of queues/jobs, webhooks, background processes, and asynchronous integrations.
- Experience with Linux servers, Docker, Laravel Forge, CI/CD, or deployment workflows.
